Terms of Participation
These Terms of Participation regulate participation in the raffle entitled „AERO Flieger PRO“ run by „LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH, Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim“, and are exclusively subject to German law.

Among all participants a Flieger PRO configuration worth 1200,00€ will be raffled.
3. Who can participate?
Natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each person is only allowed to participate once.
Employees of LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the raffle.
4. How can one participate?
A participant takes part in the sweepstakes by filling out the sweepstakes form on the page: https://www.laco.de/de/gewinnspiel-aero during the sweepstakes period.
Participants must provide at least their e-mail address so that we can notify them in the event of winning and not winning. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
5. What does one need to consider?
We will raffle a Flieger PRO configuration worth 1200,00€ among all participants after the three days. The winner will be notified exclusively by e-mail. A cash payment of winnings as well as their exchange is excluded. Each participant can only win one prize. Multiple participants will be excluded from the game, so that each participant can only win once.
The provision of false data or illegal use of the competition may lead to exclusion from the competition. In this case, the participant will not be notified.
The decision will be made by lot. The decision on the winners of the prizes is the sole responsibility of LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and is final. The legal process is excluded.
If a prize cannot be handed over, it will not be raffled again. The original winner has no claim to the surrender of the prize after unsuccessful prize notification and/or prize handover. Apart from the individual costs for the participant's Internet connection, there are no costs for the participant for participating in the competition. Participation in the competition is independent of a purchase of goods from LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH.
The winner of the Flieger PRO configuration worth 1200,00€ will receive the prize through Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH.
6. Early termination, exclusion
LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH has the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH makes use of this right if, for example, considerable malfunctions, considerable disturbances, forgeries, viruses or similar considerable damages occur which impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the running of the raffle.
LACO Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation. This applies in particular if participants make use of manipulation or other dishonest aids or provide false personal data. In such cases, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

Data entry is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the raffle. Data that is not necessary for participation is marked accordingly. The personal data will be used for notifications in the context of the raffle. We guarantee that personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
You have the opportunity to request information, changes or deletion of your personal data in accordance with legal requirements. To do this, please contact gewinnspiel____________@laco.de.
8. Liability
There is no entitlement to participate in the online raffle. In particular, technical failures or errors may result in the website or Facebook page of LACO and thus possibly also the web forms necessary for participation in the raffle not being accessible.
Complaints relating to the conduct of the raffle must be submitted in writing to the organizer within 14 days of the reason becoming known, stating the name of the raffle. Complaints communicated by telephone or late will not be processed. Questions, complaints and claims relating to the prizes must only be made to the respective prize sponsor.
9. Validity of these Conditions
Whenever you participate in the "AERO Flieger PRO" raffle, only the Conditions available at that time will apply. As a result, please check the Conditions of Participation before you participate. If any individual provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of the Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected by this.
