Terms and Conditions Giveaway
100 Years – 100 Days – 100 Watches
IN THE LACO NEWSLETTER

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway organized by Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH (Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany) and are governed exclusively by German law.

§ 1 Entry Period

Entry is open via the Laco newsletter until August 20, 2025 at 16:00 (CEST). Any changes to the participation period will be announced in the same format as the giveaway itself.

§ 2 How to Enter

To enter, register your email address in the form provided. Once submitted, your entry remains valid until the end of the participation period. In the event of a win, full contact details must be provided. Personal data will be used solely to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

§ 3 Eligibility

Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their family members are excluded.

§ 4 Prize

One limited-edition FRIEDA anniversary watch will be awarded among all valid entries. The drawing takes place immediately after the participation period. No cash alternative or exchange is possible.

§ 5 Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by email. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification. Winners are selected by lot; legal recourse is excluded. If a prize cannot be delivered, it will not be re-drawn. After unsuccessful notification or delivery, no entitlement to the prize remains. Entry is free of charge.

§ 6 Data Protection

Should you win, we will contact you to collect your shipping address. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Cancellation & Disqualification

Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for example in case of technical issues, manipulation, or other serious reasons. Participants who violate these terms may be disqualified and any awarded prizes revoked.

§ 8 Liability

We accept no liability for technical malfunctions. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the giveaway must be submitted in writing to gewinnspiel@laco.de within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue.

§ 9 Validity 

These terms applicable at the time of entry always apply. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
