Terms and Conditions Giveaway
100 Years – 100 Days – 100 Watches

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway organized by Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH (Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany) and are governed exclusively by German law.

§ 1 Participation Period

Participation is possible from October 24, 2025 until October 26, 2025. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to modify this period if important reasons make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated in the same manner as the giveaway itself.

§ 2 Participation

Interested visitors can take part in the giveaway by visiting the Laco booth at WatchTime Düsseldorf during the specified period and completing an entry card on site. In the event of a win, participants must provide their full and legible contact details. All personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

§ 3 Eligibility

Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their family members are excluded.

§ 4 Prize

Among all valid entries received during the promotion period, a total of nine limited-edition Laco FRIEDA watches will be raffled – three pieces per day of the event. The watch is strictly limited, not available for purchase, and can only be won through exclusive giveaways.

§ 5 Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via private message on Facebook. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Winners are selected by lot; legal recourse is excluded.

§ 6 Cancellation and Disqualification

Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for example in cases of technical issues, manipulation, or other serious problems that affect the security, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH also reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions – especially in cases of manipulation or false information. In such cases, any awarded prize may be revoked and reclaimed.

§ 7 Data Protection

Should you win, we will contact you to collect your shipping address. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

§ 8 Liability

We accept no liability for technical malfunctions. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the giveaway must be submitted in writing to gewinnspiel@laco.de within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue.

§ 9 Validity of These Terms

Only the terms and conditions available at the time of your participation apply. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
