Here’s how purchases from us are made online
1. ADD AN ARTICLE TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
Your virtual Shopping Cart is a list of items that you intend to purchase from our online store. When you wish to purchase one of our watches or accessory items, you can use the "Add to Basket" button to place the item in your Shopping Cart. Every time you add an article to your Shopping Cart, it will automatically be displayed so that you can review its contents.
2. WHAT THE SHOPPING CART DISPLAYS
When you view your Shopping Cart the following information is shown:
1. The price per unit of each item.
2. The quantity of each item you have selected.
3.. The total price for each item when ordering more than one of the same item.
4. The total VAT for all items.
5. The subtotal of all items in your Shopping Cart.
Note: Shipping costs vary depending on the country the items are being shipped to and will be added to the final invoice. When you have finished shopping in our online store, and are ready to purchase the items you have selected, please click on the "Checkout" button in your Shopping Cart.
3. PAYMENT - MY ACCOUNT
To complete a purchase in our online store we will need your name and address so that we can send you the purchased items.

If you have already registered an account with us you can log in by selecting "Returning Customer" to continue with your purchase.
“I am a new customer.”
If this is your first order using our online shop you will need to complete a short form by selecting "I am a new customer". As a new customer you have the option to make a one-time purchase from our online store, or to create a permanent account that will remember your information for further purchases.
When creating a permanent registration, please choose and enter a password that is at least eight characters in length in the "Password" field located at the bottom of the form. By using this password and your e-mail address you will now be able to log in to our store and be able to view an overview of any order, add an alternate shipping address, or get updated information concerning the status of your orders. If you only want to make a one-time purchase, please leave the password field blank.
4. PAYMENT–PURCHASE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Once you have logged in (returning customers), registered a new account, or entered your information for a one-time purchase, you will automatically proceed to the next step of the purchase process.
Step 1: Enter the shipping address and choose a delivery method.
Step 2: Choose a payment method and read/accept our terms and conditions for the purchase.
Step 3: Review all the information you have provided for the order and make any final corrections. To finalize the purchase order you must confirm all of your provided information.
Depending on which payment method you have selected, you may be forwarded to an external webpage for services such as PayPal, or to a secure credit card payment page.

If you chose to pay for a purchase using a credit card, your payment will be processed by a trusted and certified company. If you choose to pay by Money Transfer or Prepayment you will receive the pertinent data for our bank account together with your order confirmation by e-mail. You will need this information when instructing your bank to transfer the appropriate funds to our bank account at the Baden-Württembergischen Bank, Stuttgart. This payment method delays delivery times because your payment has to be cleared and tracked by our bookkeeping department.
