TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
ARKTIS GIVEAWAY
WATCHTIME DÜSSELDORF, OCTOBER 23–25, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the ARKTIS Giveaway organized by Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH, Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany. The giveaway is governed exclusively by German law.
§1 Entry Period
Entries will be accepted at the Laco booth during the opening hours of WatchTime Düsseldorf, from October 23 to October 25, 2026. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to modify this period if necessary for compelling reasons. Any changes will be communicated through the same channels used to announce the giveaway.
§2 How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete one of the entry forms provided at the event and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Winners must provide their contact details to Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH to claim their prize. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
§3 Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their family members are not eligible to participate.
§4 Prizes
A total of two limited-edition Laco watches will be awarded in a random drawing among all eligible entries: one Aachen Arktis 42 and one Augsburg Arktis 42.
§5 Important Information
Winners will be notified by email no later than October 31, 2026. Prizes will be delivered by December 15, 2026, at the latest. Cash alternatives and exchanges are not permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Winners will be selected at random. Legal recourse is excluded. If a prize cannot be delivered or handed over, it will not be awarded to another participant. If notification or delivery is unsuccessful, the original winner will have no further claim to the prize. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
§6 Cancellation and Disqualification
Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. This right may be exercised in the event of significant technical malfunctions, disruptions, fraudulent activity, viruses, or other serious issues that compromise the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH also reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms and Conditions. This applies in particular to participants who attempt to manipulate the giveaway, use fraudulent methods, or provide false personal information. In such cases, prizes may be revoked and reclaimed, even after they have been awarded.
§7 Data Protection
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the giveaway. Any information not required for participation will be clearly marked as optional. Personal data will be used solely for communications relating to the giveaway. We confirm that personal data will not be shared with third parties. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. §8 Liability
There is no legal entitlement to participate in the giveaway. Any complaints regarding the organization or conduct of the giveaway must be submitted in writing to Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH within 14 days of becoming aware of the grounds for complaint, clearly identifying the giveaway concerned. Complaints submitted by telephone or after this deadline will not be considered. Any questions, complaints, or claims relating to the prizes must be directed to Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH.
§9 Validity of These Terms and Conditions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
