Terms of Participation 

These Terms of Participation regulate participation in the raffle entitled „Watchtime Düsseldorf 2021“ run by Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH, Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim“, and are exclusively subject to German law. 

1. Period of participation 

It is possible to participate in the raffle from 20.10 to 28.10.2021. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to alter this period if important reasons require it. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH will communicate this in the same way as the raffle itself was communicated. 

2. What can be won? 

Among all participants 5 x 2 tickets to Watchtime 2021 + 2 x VIP tickets for the opening night will be raffled. 

3. Who can participate? 

Natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each person is only allowed to participate once. 

Employees of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the raffle. 

4. How can one participate? 

A participant enters the sweepstakes by following Laco Watch Manufacture on Instagram or Facebook (@laco1925) during the sweepstakes period and telling us in a comment below this post which watch they would like to take a closer look at at the show.

5. What does one need to consider?

We will giving away 5 x 2 tickets to Watchtime 2021 + 2 x VIP tickets for the opening evening from all participants after the end of the competition period. The winners will be notified by e-mail only. A cash payment of prizes as well as their exchange is excluded. Each participant can only win one prize. Multiple participants will be excluded from the game, so that each participant can only win once.



The decision on the winners of the prizes is the sole responsibility of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and is final. The legal process is excluded.



If a prize cannot be handed over, it will not be raffled again. The original winner has no claim to the return of the prize after unsuccessful notification of the prize and/or handover of the prize.

 Apart from the individual costs for the participant's Internet connection, there are no costs for the participant for participating in the competition. Participation in the competition is independent of any purchase of goods from Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH.



The winner of the free restoration will receive the prize from Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH. 

6. Early termination, exclusion 

Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH has the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH will make use of this if, for example, significant malfunctions, significant disruptions, counterfeits, viruses or similar significant damage occur which impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the course of the competition.



Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation. This applies in particular if participants use manipulation or other dishonest aids or provide false personal details. In such cases, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

7. Data protection

Personal data will be used for notifications within the scope of the competition. We guarantee that personal data will not be passed on to third parties. 



You have the possibility to request information, changes or the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the legal basis. To do so, please contact gewinnspiel@laco.de.

8. Liability 

There is no entitlement to participate in the online competition. In particular, technical failures or errors may result in the website or the Facebook page of Laco and thus possibly also the web forms necessary for participation in the competition being unavailable.



Complaints relating to the conduct of the competition must be addressed to the organiser in writing within 14 days of the reason becoming known, stating the competition. Complaints made by telephone or late complaints will not be processed. Any queries, complaints or claims relating to the prizes must be made exclusively to the relevant prize sponsor.

9. Validity of these Conditions

Whenever you enter the competition "Watchtime Düsseldorf 2021", only the terms and conditions then available will apply. Therefore, please check the conditions of participation on the Laco website before entering. Should individual provisions of these conditions of entry be or become invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
